North Beckton were the proud hosts of Paris Olympian and Bronze Medallist Toby Harries, who delivered an excellent and inspiring assembly to our pupils about the importance of physical activity, eating healthily and building resilience!

Our school councillors and pupil parliament members had the delight of opening the brand new Beckton Aldi store alongside Toby Harries before he arrived back at North Beckton.

Following his awe-inspiring assembly, our Sports Leaders had the exciting opportunity to learn a range of skills and techniques that could help support their running abilities.

The pupils, as well as the staff, were truly inspired by Toby Harries' visit to our school and we believe that North Beckton can deliver the same messages of resilience, hard-work and keeping healthy in order to pursue our dreams.
