Fairplay House
At Fairplay House Outdoor Education Centre, the children are inspired and supported through challenges and new opportunities that provide rich, memorable experiences.
Year 6 and some of our Year 5 children have set off to embark on an exciting visit to Fairplay house. They will spend the next 3 days with their teachers and peers, building on their independence, resilience and team-building skills.
Day 1
The children and adults arrived safely and were excited about the day ahead. They had a briefing with the instructors which included a fire drill, introduced the children to their rooms to unpack, explaining the outdoor tasks which needed to be done (making beds and tidying up after themselves).
This was then followed by lunch and then their first activity:

After a tiring yet fun afternoon, the children returned to camp where they enjoyed their evening meal. The children then set off for their evening activity, which involved a night walk. This was highly enjoyed by the children. What great fun!!
